DIRECTIONS FOR USE

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:

Cleaning the drinking water system when housing is empty:

Fill the storage tanks and pipelines with a 1–3% solution (1–3 liters of Silverox per 100 liters of clean water).

The product works via a self-foaming/effervescent mechanism, requiring no scrubbing. Ensure air vents are always present in the pipeline system.

Soak for 12–24 hours, then drain the solution completely. Flush the entire system with high-pressure clean water before stocking new animals.

Other drinking system components (e.g., removable nipples, cups): Soak overnight in a 1–3% solution, scrub clean with a pad, rinse with clean water, dry, and reinstall.

Cleaning the drinking water system in occupied housing:

  • When necessary, the water pipeline can be treated with Silverox while animals are present. The initial dose is 010% (100 ml Silverox per 1,000 liters of water), administered for 5–10 days depending on water quality.
  • In case of changes in water source or feed, reduce the dose to 005% (50 ml Silverox per 1,000 liters of water).

Water disinfection in storage tanks:

  • Contaminated water source: Apply 0030–0.0050% (30–50 ml Silverox per 1,000 liters of water) daily.
  • Non-contaminated water source: Apply 010–0.015% (100–150 ml Silverox per 1,000 liters of water) 1–2 days per week.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Wear protective gloves and safety goggles when handling Silverox.
  • Always ensure air vents are open in the pipeline system to release oxygen freed during the cleaning process.
  • After soaking the water line overnight, drain the effluent into a white bucket to assess the contamination level of the water source and pipeline.
  • If the water contains high levels of pathogenic bacteria or heavy biofilm contamination, take water samples for laboratory analysis and implement appropriate treatment before stocking the barn.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months.
