Description
COMPOSITION: Each dose contain:
Newcastle virus, LaSota strain; Avian Influenza virus, subtype H5 ≥ 108.3 EID50
VACCINE PROGRAM:
Broiler:
A single vaccination should be administered at 8 – 12 days of age.
The vaccine may be administered as part of a two-dose vaccination program, starting with 0.2 mL dose at 1 day of age, followed by 0.5 mL booster dose at 10 –12 days of age.
Breeding and laying birds:
For best results, administer 3 vaccinations, with an interval of at least 4 weeks between each vaccination, throughout the rearing period.
The final vaccination should be administered 4–6 weeks before the onset of egg production
Breeding birds should be revaccinated during the laying period at 40 weeks of age.
In the event of moulting, birds should be revaccinated at the end of the moulting period, once they have regained their body weight.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
DOSAGE :
Day-old birds: 0.2 ml/bird
Birds from 8 days of age onwards: 0.5 ml/bird
ROUTR OF ADMINISTRATION:
The vaccine should be administered subcutaneously in the middle of the back of the neck. For commercial laying birds, it may be administered intramuscularly in the upper part of the breast.
Cautions to observe befefore, during and after administration:
Shake the bottle well before use to ensure that the vaccine is homogeneous.
Warm the vaccine before use. The vaccine should be administered to birds at room temperature.
Birds should be handled and caught carefully during vaccination, avoiding stress, beating, or overcrowding that may cause birds to trample on each other. When a flock is in the laying period, revaccination may reduce the egg production rate, with the extent of the reduction depending on the quality of vaccination.
Do not inject the vaccine into the head area.
The vaccine should be administered using a clean and sterile syringe. Use a 20 or 21 gauge needle, ¼–½ inch in length, for vaccination. Change the needle after every 500–1,000 injections, or as necessary to ensure hygienic conditions, accurate dosing, and safety at the injection site.
Do not keep any unused vaccine for future use.
Burn the packaging materials and any remaining vaccine after use
STORAGE: Store at 2–7°C. Do not freeze; protect from the sunlight.
SHELF LIFE: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
